    The Role

    We are looking for a highly motivated and effective Enterprise sales professional capable of driving growth in both net new and expansion revenue. A strong sense of taking initiative and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, is essential. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
    How You?ll Make an Impact

  7. Be a key player in influencing how the company achieves it?s revenue goals by building comprehensive sales strategies.
Execute the full sales cycle motion with Enterprise businesses including hunting, qualifying, educating, pricing and contract negotiating, and closing deals
Nurture relationships with existing clients and drive product feedback to pinpoint cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Deliver excellent customer service at all levels of client interaction, from initial contact to after-sales support, to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
Identify new business opportunities by staying updated on industry news, conducting market research, and networking with industry professionals
Be the face and voice of Superorder at industry trade shows and conferences

About You
3+ years of experience working in a high volume inside or outside sales environment selling to Mid-Market to Enterprise sized businesses
Experience managing full sales cycles from lead generation to closing
Ability to navigate sales and internal tools quickly (CRM, Sales Tech Stack, Google Apps)
Excellent communication skills demonstrated by the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments (ie operations, engineering, product, and success) to build solutions
Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and the ability to analyze and identify areas of improvement
Monthly travel to trade shows and conferences is required
You?re an a pro at sales execution and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation
$140-160k OTE, 50/50 split
